California Jeep Association Annual Raffle Disclaimer
By purchasing raffle tickets, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- The California Jeep Association Annual Raffle will have three (3) winners selected at random.
- Prize values are not fixed and will be determined by the total amount of raffle ticket sales collected during the raffle period.
- Prize distribution amounts and/or values may vary based on total participation and funds raised.
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
- Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
- All raffle ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
- The California Jeep Association reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the raffle if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- By participating, entrants agree to allow the California Jeep Association to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the raffle, unless prohibited by law.
- Void where prohibited by law.
